All returns must be shipped back within five days, with tracking information supplied as well as delivery date. Returns must be shipped in the same or similar packaging and must be returned without damage of any kind. Item must be insured for price paid. Returns are to be made  at the expense of the purchaser. Only original artwork is returnable; prints, other reprinted items, and commisioned work are not refundable. The purchaser must notify the seller by phone within two days of receiving the package if the buyer intends to return the artwork. All packages are insured and certified.
